Including everyone in... Special Events

For any special events or times when the service includes different activity, have you thought about how you might help people who cannot see to feel included?

Could the person leading the service describe what is happening? If this does not seem appropriate in a particular situation, is there someone who could sit next to the person and describe what is happening?
