Including everyone in... Outreach and Mission

If you are distributing literature or a DVD/video do you have alternative formats available? (e.g. is there a subtitled or signed version of the DVD? Is there a braille or giant print or audio version of the leaflet?) Is there an audio described version of any DVD or films?

Do you have someone who is prepared to read and describe outreach material to those who cannot do this for themselves?

People should know how to get an alternative even if they are not carrying it with them.
